Offer: “Faux-Floral Rental Starter 1:1 Masterclass with Jackie” Duration: 3-4 hours in-person at my Toronto-/West-End area home-studio Includes: [ 1] 15-minute pre-call to define goals [ 2 ] Hands-on session where you’ll design + build a rental-ready faux floral installation (e.g., backdrop piece and table centrepiece) [ 3 ] All tools & faux floral stems provided (you’ll leave with a finished centrepiece) [ 4 ] PDF workbook + faux-floral sourcing checklist + rental business pricing cheat sheet [ 5 ] 30-minute follow-up virtual check-in within two weeks to answer questions and review your first attempt [ 6 ] Bonus: access to my favourite suppliers list (faux stems + props) which is prices at $95 [ 7 ] Light refreshments / snacks on-site
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited availability of 1:1 sessions and the advance preparation required (venue coordination, florals, materials, and time allocation), all bookings are considered final once confirmed. Payment Structure A non-refundable 20% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due in person on the day of the workshop, payable via e-transfer or PayPal. Refunds & Cancellations The 20% booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. No refunds will be issued once your booking is confirmed. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your session to another person with prior written notice at least 5 days before your scheduled date. Transferee details must be provided in advance and approved. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted up to 5 days before the scheduled session, subject to availability. Requests made outside the 5 days of the session may not be accommodated and will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as workshops cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time. Host Cancellation In the unlikely event that the workshop is postponed or cancelled by the host, you will be offered either a full refund of the booking fee or a credit toward a future session, at your discretion. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Payment & Refund Policy.
